Pros:
good location. trash area isnt bad
Cons:
heat absolutely does not work, never has. the landlord is rude and unresponsive. the super is also rude and unresponsive, which is great because new issues like broken hot water heaters and water valves crop up every week. i really just want to see if any neighbors are having these issues too. it is horrible

building is in a great location, easily accessible to all transportation
Cons:
Landlord and his son, who handles most of the management, are unbelievably rude. Super is incompetent.

Pros:
Overall the neighbors are all very sweet… Everyone keeps to themselves you don’t have to worry about crazy neighbors
Cons:
The heat is inconsistent, the apartments are falling apart but management is unwilling to fix anything, they’ll consistently try to charge you for random repairs, there’s really no one to support you if there’s any issues with the building or your apartment, so you are on your own, the landlord is pretty much a stereo typical greedy guy so you could be the best tenant in the end he only cares about the money. Ultimately for the price you’re paying it’s not worth living in this apartment that is not maintained… You could easily find another apartment around the area that is taken care of better and has better management
