Slightly unresponsive super, but everything else great
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Regular cleaning, regular trash removal of common areas. Secure with cameras in lobby, nice entry-way and rooftop access - Apartments are nice pre-war apartments - Great location in SoHo/Little Italy, but since it is on sleepy street there is very little noise! Also, our apartment on the second floor has almost no noise from the upstairs neighbors - The landlords are friendly and responsive - No major issues
Cons:
- Slow responding superintendent, had to contact multiple times - Since it is a pre-war, there have been some maintenance issues, mostly related to the floor and piping, but nothing major
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the maintainence issues and this place will be perfectly worth the rent.

Great apartment, awful management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great block! Nice quiet building.
Cons:
Management was awful to work with. We were without gas stove or oven for 9 months
Advice to owner:
Use a different management company
