Good for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Attentive super, clean common areas, friendly neighbors for the most part
Cons:
We do get bugs however a pest guy comes once a week to spray units that need it, one noisy neighbor I can’t stand

AVOID SOLIL MANAGEMENT
Former Tenant
Pros:
I have nothing nice to say.
Cons:
During my tenure here, I had cockroaches, issues with heat and extremely difficult management who also don’t treat their superintendents or porters well so there is high staff turnover. The walls are paper thin so I constantly heard my neighbors fighting. If you look up Solil, you will see similar reviews to mine. The owners are billionaires and notoriously cutthroat to the point where, after their father (Solil founder) died, his two children sued their own mother to reduce her share of the estate to 1/3.
Advice to owner:
Why are you in the property business? Please sell.
