Review of 31 Crosby St
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, quiet street, layout, renovated
Cons:
Noise travels, thin walls, walk past garbage on way in and out, when top floor floods water can drip down from ceiling (happened 2x)

Worth Management EVER & Mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit was big & location
Cons:
Management is the biggest team of scums!! Huge mice infestation & completely unresponsive. They push every tenant out yearly with the increase in rent & every single year tenants try to get legal teams involved. Had dead mice in the unit during a massive infestation. Washer & dryer broke regularly & repaired never helped. Utility bills were INSANE & coned said they could never get in the building to check the meters so they “estimated”. Around $300 monthly is utilities.
Advice to owner:
Great your tenant like actual humans.

Terrible Managment Avoid!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Actual units have decent space
Cons:
The people who own this are absolute terrible human beings to the deepest level. After the entire building was infested with mice they pushed everyone out by raising rent by over $1k. The entire building left & bonded over how unresponsive and inconsiderate they were. Not to mention mice everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Despicable humans I’ve never lived in a worse building. Sell the building to someone who cares about their tenants health & safety.
