Great area, average building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is fantastic with tons of restaurants and bars and shopping nearby, but the block is quiet so no noise concerns. The building's exterminators are great. It is also well-priced for the neighborhood.
Cons:
Management is impossible to get in touch with and the building could be better maintained. We also had a few minor issues with pests (a couple cockroaches and a mouse on one occasion), but the exterminators are great and really responsive/helpful. No real amenities as well.

Nice and to the point
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location Building has buzzer/intercom and never had a problem receiving packages Trash is in the back so you don’t see it/smell it in the main lobby Management is quick about any fixing any issues Everyone is polite and keeps to themselves Some units have washing machine, most do not
Cons:
No elevator and there’s a 6th floor so could be a lot of stairs if you live up top Floors aren’t reinforced underneath so you will hear your upstairs neighbor walking around Rooms are small and floors are sloped Rent increased $2,300 in 1 year

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
My commute from there was short. Soho is nice
Cons:
Tiny rooms, crazy rent fixed lady that will scream at you EVERY day, heat broken all the time, you can get hot OR cold water - one is always out of service. Stairways and foyer are disgusting, leaks from ceiling, gas smells from appliances, owner and his family have an office downstairs but if you go to ask a question/tell them about an issue they won’t help. My bedroom floor was on a 10% incline
