Good location. Everything is nearby. Cute interior
Cons:
Noise neighbors as you face the street view. Popular area so it gets crowded over the weekend. The management is horrible here. They have termites living in the building the landlord didn’t care to treat it at all. Water leaking on the ceiling. Pest ants issue. Water pressure is weak af for the toilet.
