Good Location and Management

Pros:
Decent management overall, who was always responsive to our needs. For the location, it's a great deal. I would recommend overall.
Cons:
Sometimes I could hear rats running in the walls, especially in winter! They would also hang out all around the trash area. It's a problem in the area, but extermination could be handled better to plug up any access points into the apartments.

Pros:
Space was huge, affordable, everything worked as promised. Only has one issue that needed landlord attention in 3 years, and they were immediately attentive. I have a great experience here.
Cons:
There are just absolutely no frills. No amenities.
