In general, good all around
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. The Landlord is responsive with issues and has the hallway is cleaned once a month. Landlord's office is across the street, so he is easy to get in touch with.
Cons:
Several smoker residents despite building being a nonsmoking property so there is always a cigarette smell in the hallway. Packages are always stolen.

Good Building, with a few cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
The garbage is taken care of right outside the apartment building once a week. It does not pile up/collect. The floor of the halls and stairs is mopped once a week, it needs more. The landlord takes care of issues very quickly.
Cons:
The hallway and stairs could be a bit cleaner/better-taken care of. There are some smokers in apartments so that gives the hallway a odor. No laundry in the building. Packages have been taken from the building. Rent was raised by about 23% for the second year, negotiated down 50 dollars each.
Advice to owner:
The hallway should be cleaned more than once a week. And keep tenants that want to live here, don't push them out!
