Clean building but occasional cockroach
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, fun neighbors, many units have outdoor space which is wonderful. Supers are responsive
Cons:
Higher up management is difficult to get ahold of and slow to help with issues

Great location, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's on Mott, what more do you want. The porter, Joel, is efficient, professional, and kind. He is the best thing, perhaps the only good thing, the management has done for this building.
Cons:
Management. They take forever to do anything, are unresponsive and rude when dealing with them, and typically incompetent in their responses. There have been at least five different supers in a year and a half, so nobody knows how anything works. Poor maintenance, so everything is falling apart, and poorly repaired if needed.
Advice to owner:
Get new management, Magnum is terrible. Or just fire Sonny, he's a piece of shit.
