Mediocre but functional

Pros:
- location
- wine cooler
- new-ish appliances
- in-unit washer and dryer
- incredibly tiny space
Cons:
- water takes over 5-10 min to heat up each time
- heat is off for over half the day during winter
- floor is old and gross
Advice to owner:
Fix the hot water and heat
