My time at 20 prince

Pros:
pretty clean, no huge issues.
Cons:
if you google the landlord (centennial properties) and the guy behind it (jim kroman) theres a lot of dirt, but if you're not in a rent controlled unit it won't affect you/didnt' affect us.

Nice building but mail theft an issue

The building is in a great location and was clean and well maintained.
Cons:
I had dozens of packages stolen. Management was unwilling to install cameras

Good maintenance team

Pros:
They clean everyday and the garbage is always taken care of. Maintenance crew is really nice and responsive.
Cons:
There are weird old building problems like, sink doesn't drain, heat pipes are noisy, and occasional pests even though exterminator comes through twice a month.
Advice to owner:
Be willing to negotiate better discounts with good tenants.

Had mice and cockroaches. Management was unresponsive. Way over priced for quality of building
