Great apartment and location!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for a 3 month sublease and it was just what I needed. The unit was furnished and very spacious for a studio. The apartment was a bit old and appliances were pretty run down so they did not work that well, but I’m hoping they did some renovations since I’ve moved out
Cons:
The street was pretty loud most of the time
Advice to owner:
Renovate the apartments. The appliances are BAD

A tricky lease
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is walking distance and the area is nice
Cons:
A lot of noise from the street and the brokers harassment with junk mail or treatments
Advice to owner:
No friendly and delayed to take care of complaints from tenants just let anything to deal to the brokers
