Perfectly Decent Apartment

Pros:
Modern heating and cooling, decent layouts, nothing obnoxious in the building. Management is neither good nor bad; clearly operating at scale so a very corporate feel.
Cons:
Nothing obviously bad during my experience. If you’re a low maintenance tenant, you probably won’t be bothered by anything.
