    Most units have decent natural light
    Cons:
    Building is in bad condition - the hallways are dirty and the trash room is not maintained. The interior of the building is crumbling


    Joe Taube of Taube Management is awful - very unresponsive.

    Invest a little money in cleaning the place up

    Cons:
    Ignore problems and are terrible to deal with. Stay away from living in this building at all costs.

    Get new management that actually fixes issues
