Pros:
Great location
Have never seen a mouse or roach
Building is kept clean
Management is responsive
Good super
Rent was very reasonable (albeit I moved during covid rent crash)
Cons:
If you are on the mulberry st facing side, expect to hear loud garbage trucks in the middle of the night
