Phenomenal Building Staff, Horrific Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new(ish) super Arber and his staff are truly a dream. They are kind, professional, and timely at everything they do. By far the best building staff I have ever encountered.
Cons:
The building management company is horrendous. There are multiple units where they were scammed out of flex wall costs, free months, etc.

OK but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - by far the best thing about it.
Cons:
Flies, garbage everywhere downstairs. Mostly other tenants' fault but still a complete mess. Also laundry room smells and is dirty. Some of the doormen working there are insanely rude.
Advice to owner:
Get better doormen, clean the basement and garbage area

Horrible doorman with bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location- near many subway lines and great restaurants.
Cons:
The main doorman Nazier is a horrible person who sometimes smokes weed with the residents but when guests come in he treats them as if he owns the building and it’s a dorm building. I reported it to the management but they raised my rent after that and it took more than two months to get my deposit back after I moved out. Worst landlord experience I’ve ever had.
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to the residents’ needs and to keep the building clean. It’s a mess most of the time and the apartments are not even clean even the first day you move in.

great location, not much else
Former Tenant
Pros:
-great location
-laundry in building
Cons:
-dated finishes, small units for price
-worst management company: do not answer any tenant inquiries, even about serious issues at the property. ignore emails. if there is an issue be prepared to handle it yourself.
