In theory, it's a great spot- but can be frustrating at times

Pros:
Amazing location, charming brick wall interior, great appliances
Cons:
Restoration was obviously not done with much thought. The spaces between the floor and walls often have gaps that let in critters, the appliances can be finicky, the smoke detector is ridiculous, you can't cook anything.
Advice to owner:
The landlord does not really seem to get things done with any efficacy. He will try to fix the problem, says it's better, and then it is either worse or the same. Nice guy though!

Great location, but some of the quirks of an older building

Pros:
Great windows and light in many units. I lived in a corner unit with windows on 3 sides and plenty of light.
Beautiful brick interiors.
Easy garbage situation out front
Cons:
Drafty and cold in the winter. The windows are beautiful but a bit on the old side. You may need to put up extra insulation around the sides of the windows to stay warm.
