Great location and cute apartments, good management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management is pretty responsive, sends maintenance pretty quickly to fix issues, never saw a bug or rodent in my year living there, if you live in the back of the building it’s completely quiet, location is wonderful
Cons:
The live in super is sweet and harmless but completely unhelpful, walls are pretty thin neighbors definitely can hear you play music at regular volume, trash room is a mess and dark
Advice to owner:
Fix the trash room, clean the building more often

Mediocre management but pest free
Former Tenant
Pros:
Did not have a pest problem during the year and a half that I lived here (which I am very grateful for and surprised given that it is an old building).
Cons:
Management was not nice and they don’t usually fix issues properly (they have a súper that helps with some stuff but he does not really care)
Advice to owner:
Better management and newer appliances!

Terrible building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, most units are newly renovated with W/D and dishwasher
Cons:
Unresponsive management; frequent outages of heat and hot water, extremely noisy if your bedroom is overlooking Spring Street
Advice to owner:
Respond to emails for once please

Loud, but no serious issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Handy man (Joe) will not take action for almost every complaint, but he will respond.
Cons:
Water pressure, and sometimes pests, but super rare. Overpriced
