Great location and cute apartments, good management

Pros

The management is pretty responsive, sends maintenance pretty quickly to fix issues, never saw a bug or rodent in my year living there, if you live in the back of the building it’s completely quiet, location is wonderful

Cons

The live in super is sweet and harmless but completely unhelpful, walls are pretty thin neighbors definitely can hear you play music at regular volume, trash room is a mess and dark

Advice to the owners

Fix the trash room, clean the building more often

Mediocre management but pest free

Pros

Did not have a pest problem during the year and a half that I lived here (which I am very grateful for and surprised given that it is an old building).

Cons

Management was not nice and they don’t usually fix issues properly (they have a súper that helps with some stuff but he does not really care)

Advice to the owners

Better management and newer appliances!
