Nice building bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
- location is amazing - building could be beautiful - high ceilings
Cons:
- had 3 mice in 6 months - found mice crap all over the kitchen and apartment every day - had to call 311 10 times to get heating to come on - had to buy space heater since landlord did not turn on heating until late November - could hear neighbors slamming the rear patio door and emptying their garbage outside every night - could hear neighbors slamming the front door when coming in and out of the building - cheap windows that let in cold air and all noises - unfriendly and unhelpful super - expensive for what it was - no access to rooftop - terrible and sketchy landlord - dated kitchen
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who can run a good operation. You obviously can’t or are not interested in it
