Great Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Builidng would be considered "affordable" for the Soho area. Great responsive management, all rooms with spacious closets and fans.
Cons:
Heat control... in the winter sometimes it gets really hot at night and since we are unable to control our own heat, I would end up turning the air conditioning on at night.
Advice to owner:
Address the heat consistency

I love 120 Sully!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location location location! Absolutely love the location of the building. Some of the units are also renovated and have very nice finishes and appliances. High ceilings and windows in every room. Management office is quite responsive as well.
Cons:
Occasionally packages get stolen however, a new security system was recently installed.
