Older but well maintained!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live in super, monthly free exterminator (proactive), spacious, quiet on court side, windows in all bedrooms, elevator, incredible location & next to subway
Cons:
Louder on street side, package thieves from time to time, a very occasional mouse issue

Landlords are criminal!
Former Tenant
Pros:
In-unit washer dryer
Cons:
Thin windows, roaches, and the heater doesn’t work for half the winter. When we complained about the apartment being 55 degrees in the winter (which is illegal), the landlord sent us fake noise complaints to try and force us to stop filing complaints.
Advice to owner:
Get better heating and better windows, stop extorting your tenants.

Great place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for 3 years and loved it. Fantastic location close to the subway, very quiet and respectful neighbors, decent space and W/D in unit.
Cons:
Kitchen in my unit was small and not 100% functional.
