Great Location, massive room for improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
conveniently located, apartment was massive, great appliances.
Cons:
heat barely worked, i was told my apartment had "outdoor space" but it turns out it was the back area that is next to where everyone dumped their trash which was infested with mice. someone would also come at 1am most nights to turn over the trash, banging cans, throwing bags, waking up myself and my dog. would not rent here again. getting security deposit back was a nightmare filled with continual follow up, minimal response, and lies about it being sent out.
