Management company does not care about tenants and acts in bad faith
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is the only good thing
Cons:
The building was not clean and clearly not well maintained, stairs were dirty, and the appliances were old and so hard to get fixed.
But the worst part is the management company. They are really slow replying and tough to get through, very aggressive and not helpful at all. Don't count on them helping on anything. To make it even worse, they refused to give back my security deposit and were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Advice to owner:
Change EVERYTHING, start thinking about the tenant. Be fair.

Well-Priced Apartments, Great Location, yet Management Could be Improved
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location, Great Price for what you get, Responsive and Helpful Super
Cons:
Issues with Mice. Management is Unreliable at Times with Slow Responsiveness and not super understanding at times. Other times, quite helpful. My roommate and I had very different experiences. Old Building that isn’t Super Well Maintained in Certain Aspects
Advice to owner:
Renovate the units and better responsiveness and transparency from Esquire management

Make sure everything works before signing
Former Tenant
Pros:
I would say only the location
Cons:
Dirty stairs, management barely reply to your emails when you need maintenance, but of course when it’s time to pay rent they will be on top of you
Advice to owner:
Fix all the problems in that building before renting any apartment please!!! Don’t lie to people
