Great area-building ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best block in soho apt was good for a studio
Cons:
Building was in terrible shape and started to undergo renovations but suddenly stopped when they ran out of money. No trash room have to keep it in your apartment until Trash day and bring it out yourself.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super he doesn’t respond and management company doesn’t do anything
