Good Apartment, Poorly Managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, light filled apartment.

Best location in the city in my opinion (borders soho WV greenwich village and tribeca, close to almost every subway line)

Trash pick up on your floor everyday was nice.

No pest issues, no unreasonable rent increases.
Cons:
Hard to get in touch with management

Unwillingness to make repairs and improvements on very old, outdated unit.

Kitchen in our unit only had a mini fridge. No laundry in unit or in building.

Amazing location, spacious apartment (though a bit old)
Former Tenant
Pros:
They take the trash so you don’t have to walk down stairs
Cons:
Old, had a creaky floorboard that wasn’t fixed
Advice to owner:
Continue to invest in renovations
