All in all great
Former Tenant
Pros:
In unit washer dryer I believe in all the units, great super, rooftop, nice neighbors. Great light in apartments. Across the street from a church and is so nice to hear the church bells ring (they’re not very loud).
Cons:
Flies in the hallways during the summer, and hallways also smell bad but are frequently cleaned (sometimes come home and they smell like cleaning products). Garbage is outside and frequently has rats. Difficult to find parking on the street.
