Falling apart building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, friendly neighbors
Cons:
Incredibly unresponsive landlord, moldy walls, rotting door frames, bathrooms need to be updated, cracks in ceilings, lots of rats in trash room, very poor energy rating
Advice to owner:
Get a new landlord, treat your tenants like human beings with rights

Don’t love the building at all...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the neighborhood... walking everywhere. Super close to the piers, soho, west village and tribeca. I think is one of the best neighborhoods but to expensive for what is offered
Cons:
There are Many thing i really didn’t enjoy when I lived there.

1) there was always to much garbage in the entrance of the building and the street because of the restaurant’s that are close by.

2) the building was never cleaned. I think they “clean” the floors once a month as much.

3) you can not control the heater in winter the apartment was always to hot that you had to open the windows to sleep/live Even when was really freezing outside)

4) there was no security to order thing online. Because they leave your boxes in the entrance of the building and there is a lot of transit there. Because of the people that work in “carbone” so many times they leave the doors open. And I got a few order stolen in less than 30 mins

5) the neighbors where really mean. They doesn’t even reply the “hello” to you.

I couldn’t stand the building for more than a year.
Advice to owner:
You should care more about the building security and cleanser.

Horrible Owners and Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and Price
Cons:
Agent will cover up Landlords mistreatment. “Co-op” board and landlord don’t care about ensuring people have heat and hot water consistently throughout the year. Lock was broken and keys didn’t work. Noise everywhere, facing the courtyard and the street. You’ve been warned.
Advice to owner:
Create habitable conditions.
