Great apartment location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cute apartments, location, price, heat/hot water
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, not all, but there are college kids and younger millennials. Ongoing door slamming, and occasional parties with loud music and staircase area noise. Not the most clean general areas. The management tram has stained my dress during painting job and they did not reimburse the damage. Since it took me a while to notice to report, they have implied that the damage could have happened during another job. Crazy!!!
Advice to owner:

Good Building in Loud Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management team did a good job of being responsive. The super is usually available within ~1 hour of a request being made. Building is clean and tenants are generally very kind and considerate. Never had issues with water, heat, gas, power, etc. Trash is well organized.
Cons:
The only con is the noise on Avenue of the Americas. It has nothing to do with the building or management team, just is a very busy street.
