Great apartment, responsive management

great owners - took great care of the building and very responsive
Cons:
i faced the back so it was dark but other than that I enjoy living here

Terrible management: garbage city

Cons:
People leave garbage downstairs when there are signs everywhere clearly advising not to do so…resulting in a slew of issues
Multiple plumbing issues in building and slow-to-NO response from management
Building controls heat so apt gets super hot very quickly
Fly problem in the summer
