clean and well run building

Pros:
very clean, committed to sustainability with water fountain for bottle filling, latch entry system, in-wall AC in multiple rooms, responsive super
Cons:
bad water pressure, washer dryer was pretty old/broke often, tried to charge us for negligible wear/tear on way out (but quickly relented)
