Great building, great building staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in super, Bekim is so kind and attentive. The doormen, Albert, Josh, and Martin are all very professional and sweet. Love living in this building.
Cons:
Many older tenants who have been lovely with the exception of an older man who was racist toward a friend and followed them through the building.

Right on cusp of Hudson square and west village - great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
live in super who is very responsive, part time doorman, great roof, laundry in building, location is good (minus the noise)
Cons:
management company is responsive but a little rude, trash chutes on each floor are tiny so you have to bring trash down to basement which isn't a big deal because there's an elevator. had cockroaches in apt a few times but exterminator came quickly and handled problem. it's pretty loud because you're next to the firehouse and on west houston and 6th which are 2 busy streets

Cons:
Might be to nosy a lot of traffic, In and out,

and Bugģ’s
Advice to owner:
Ummmm just fix the heat and the smoke detectors

Cannot beat the area. Rooftop is amazing, staff are very nice.
