Great location, bad management co

Pros:
• location on a great street close to waterfront
• building has an elevator
• proximity to trains
• unit had a lot of closets
Cons:
• apartment is very loud. Garbage trucks at 3 in the morning will wake you. Holland tunnel traffic on weekdays will drive you insane.
• mosquitos in our apartment on occasion
• management company is terribly rude and unhelpful
• neighbors would sometimes party until 3 in the morning
• cooking gas went out for several weeks
Advice to owner:
Be nicer. Work with your tenants and it’ll make your life a lot easier.
