overpriced old building you can hear rats at night
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - next to all the trains and trendy restaurants.
Cons:
Lived here for a few months and there were always dead cockroaches in the stairway. The building shares a garbage square with other buildings on the block and at night you can hear the rats fighting or squeaking. The street is infested with rats. The building is also very old so there was always dust and we had to put an air purifier in every room. There were also always silverfish no matter what we did, the exterminator did come by once a month though so I guess they knew about the issue. Management were also really rude and cheap.
