Pros:
Great location and exposed brick
Cons:
The apartment is an offshoot of another building and has not been maintained since it was renovated around 10 years ago. It is falling apart and ownership is unresponsive unless you file a housing complaint. There was no heat or hot water for nearly a year.
Advice to owner:
Respond and comply with housing code.
