Awful management issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good apartment layout
Cons:
Managment is awful, they got rid of front desk staff and didn’t lower rent. We go days without hot water. Managment doesn’t care about issues and ignores you
Advice to owner:
Do not live here

Don’t live here no AC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front desk staff are nice
Cons:
They set it up so you can’t have heat and AC at the same time until someone from management changes it over from the building control panel. They don’t do this so we are living in sweltering heat in mid May with no AC. The amenity floors we all pay for are closed to residents indefinitely and used for private parties for the property manager. The management is unresponsive to all maintenance requests and the hotline they tell you to call doesn’t even recognize the building. They have not registered the address with USPS so you cannot get mail or deliveries. The noise from upstairs downstairs and next door neighbors walking around is earth shattering because then building is not built properly. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Advice to owner:
Get new property management. Redesign HVAC system to make sense. Install soundproofing. Open amenity floors.
