Great building great management

Pros:
Never had any major issues in the building itself - no pests, clean stairwell, working elevator at all times, quiet neighbors. Any minor issues I had were addressed quickly and management was EXTREMELY responsive. Would live here again. Rare gem.

Absolutely amazing location and building, elevator and laundry in the basement. Super responsive live in super. Monthly extermination in the building. Absolutely love living here!

- Great location - Highly attentive super - peter is truly awesome - Well - insulated, which leads to really reasonable heading / cooling bills - Clean - Well managed - High ceilings
