Almost good enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a great location
High ceilings
Walls are good for blocking out neighbor noise (not outside noise)
They are attentive to the maintenance app
Cons:
It’s loud outside
Normal pests (cockroaches)
They do a good job at garbage maintenance in the trash room, but at times they don’t take it out of the building or the basement - so it can smell in the lobby
While attentive to the maintenance app - they often do enough to solve or say “can’t solve” so you can’t push for more
It’s expensive for not having many amenities - truly paying for location and high ceilings
