Sanitation nightmare rats
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was good
Cons:
So many bugs. Even after extermination. Rodents. They also did not care to help and communicate regarding the mice. Just negligent all around.
Advice to owner:
Do better

Terrible Management, Avoid at all Costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location as it’s in Greenwich Village, close to a ton of bars and restaurants
Cons:
The WORST management you’ll ever deal with. They don’t respond to emails and only fix a situation when it becomes dire. Months of package theft, cockroaches, very very maintenance that affected quality of living.
Advice to owner:
Manage the building properly instead of ignoring tenants and making this a shitty place to live
