Two lovely rooftop terraces. Very functional furniture in the bedrooms. Lots of space to study in the building. It‘s very well kept.

Extremely convenient to NYU Law. Building is old, but clean and well-managed by staff.

Have to wait for the building to switch from heat to A/C after temperatures start rising.

Across the street from campus, easy maintenance requests, responsive “landlord” since it’s the school

No guests allowed at ALL since COVID, small rooms
