Beware, honestly worst place I have lived
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is kind and responsive.
Cons:
Management will completely ignore you including maintenance requests and trying to ask general questions. Things will be broken you have to fix on your own and they will refuse to reimburse you. Additionally, the entire building has mice (I caught 3). It’ll take a month+ for them to try to address it (with a few traps) and gaslight tenants saying it’s not a problem when the entire building is complaining (one unit hired an outside person due to management not responding).
Additionally the street is extremely NOISY every night past midnight often including weekdays so be prepared. Needing a window ac unit in the bedroom makes it so much worse.
Multiple units have broken their leases it has been so bad.

Greenwich village living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, well maintained walk up, apartment was received in good shape.
Cons:
Management wasn’t responsive over some cosmetic issues with the apartment
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to requests from tenants regarding apartment issues
