Great building prime locatjon

Huge apartment, clean laundry room, great and helpful staff

Walls were thin- you can hear your neighbors

Pros:
Nice staff, organized package room and laundry room in a great location, very central.
Cons:
Constant cockroach issues, building is old so you can hear your neighbors constantly, I have had pipes leak and toilet water from the person above me leak into my bathroom. The apartment is old and lots of things need to be renovated. The water doesn’t drain properly in the sink in the bathroom and sometimes I hear mice behind the walls but thankfully have never seen any. I finally had to tape the vents in my apartment which stopped the cockroach infestation.
