Lovely neighbourhood and good space makes up for downfalls

Pros:
Unbeatable location and transport access. Neighbours are nice and super is incredibly responsive.
Cons:
Trash collected in from garden and though neighbourhood is friendly, there are some unsafe people on the street who you have to be wary of.
