Mice infestation, non working appliances and horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is good
Cons:
This building is overpriced. Multiple issues with mice throughout the building. Stolen packages with no response from management. Oven and multiple burners do not work. Constant water leaks and horrible heat.
Advice to owner:

Pros:
Amazing location. The spot is across a 24h super market (expensive, but 24h) and close to great restaurants/bars. If you’re young and don’t care about the noise or deal with the management all the time, this could be a good apartment for you.
Cons:
Stressful level hard. All the problems you need help with is slow. Restaurant downstairs (Han Dynasty) is really loud for apartment 1D and I had 4 years of problems with them. Environment department needs to apply a ticket constantly. The price is crazy expensive for the size this apartment is. I had good moments, but most part of the time stressed.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to this building. If you guys invest to renovate everything, everybody will try to move in. Create a better system for costumer service, it’s been disorganized, difficult and stressful.

Pros:
Neighbors aren't loud, nice location, westside market right across the street and is open 24/7
Cons:
Often lost packages, not sure if neighbors or the lack of a package room. The hot water often didn't run right, and was forced to take showers at 4 am for 20 min of hot water. Not heated enough, needed to buy extra heaters. Things go weeks with no fixes. A broken window was taped up with duct tape with glass on the floor for weeks.. some people working on the roof left stinky black tar over the hallways that took a week to get cleaned up.
