791 Broadway - NYU college dorm
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building with updated appliances, elevator never broke, fairly clean, safe for packages, never any pest issues and they send pest control routinely to spray.
Cons:
Abrasive office management, OUTLANDISH utilities beware our bills were minimum 400 a month (one was 800) and we were never given an explanation. This was for the entire building all units had this issue via coned, is over subway line so expect some light shaking, and NOISE. This is basically an NYU dorm so it’s great for students but if you’re a working professional beware
Advice to owner:
A discussion with conedison on utilities and meters!

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
...location? not even worth the money though
Cons:
Owner is overcharging. Debbie (manger) is rude and terrible to deal with. Building is built horribly, electricity charges are insane and the front door never locks properly. Lots of pests in the walls for sure, had them crawling out of cracks in the ceiling. Just trust me, don’t live here and look for buildings where you trust the management.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming your residents and take care of them. People talk in NYC
