Good building overall, some complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived on the ground floor, nice apartment layout. Shared laundry wasn't always booked. Super is responsive.
Cons:
Found cockroaches and 1 mouse in apartment. Ground floor got no natural light. Next door neighbor was a DJ who regularly had house parties till late at night.

We love our building!

Pros:
- Great location
- Balconies on many of the apartments
- The best Super who has ever lived
- Quick and polite management company
- Pest control every few weeks
Cons:
- The heaters are too hot in Winter, we had to ask them to get turned down
- Sunlight isn't great as it's North facing and surrounded by big buildings
- The bin room is always tidy but isn't very "nice"
- The in-unit laundry is small (but often not too busy)
Advice to owner:
Perhaps give the central services a bit of a refresh!
