Amazing People! But 4th Ave. Noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building Staff is A+++; Everything is Nice / Clean; Roof Deck is Solid; Neighbors are not bothersome
Cons:
Noise from 4th Ave. (esp. in lower / East facing unit) can be loud and volatile - fire station nearby, and general police / ambulance / car noise from 4th Ave.

Great place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really great and convenient location. Right next to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, H-mart, Citibikes, a Crunch Fitness. Great access to ideal subway lines (4,5,6,L,N,Q,R,W). Walking/biking distance from basically everything. Doormen are very friendly. Never had to wait for laundry.
Cons:
Some units lack natural sunlight. Building is a bit old so I did see some bugs once in a while + 1 mouse. Rooftop is indefinitely being renovated.
Advice to owner:
Finish rooftop renovations quicker.

Do not rent 16J
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is great as long as u dont rent apt 16J
Cons:
Do not rent apt 16J, we lived there for 4Y and the landloard decided to illegally steal our security deposit , no itemized "damages" just bs excuses and then sends a lawyer to threaten us. Do not rent apt 16J for any reason
Advice to owner:
I hope you enjoy the money u stole from us
