Great location, apartments, and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is centrally located and very close to lots of subway lines at Union Square, plus a lot of good restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The building is updated, has high ceilings, balconies, and no issues with pests. The super is very nice, helpful, and easy to reach.
Cons:
The trash and recycling collection could be a bit more organized in the basement, but a very minor issue.

Spacious apartments, need upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are massive for location
Cons:
Paint in bathroom has been peeling and flaking off walls since a week after move-in. Seems like it wasn't primed/painted properly for a bathroom.
Also, there are roaches on the lower floors and on all floors in the stairwell.
