Would return if I was single
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location and the building has laundry (building behind this building). I was on the 6th floor walkup, which sounds dreadful, but for the location it was great. Dishwasher is always a nice plus and so many bright windows.
Cons:
My only bad experience was my neighbor who has been living there for 5+ years. Always drunkenly yelling on Saturday nights. Eventually got them to stop, but it took a while.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you're doing, I'd love to re-rent with you.
