Nice Building, Meh Super

Pros:
Building is generally well-maintained and residents are nice. Apartments themselves have nice kitchens and bathrooms. I was facing the back of the building and until construction started next door had no noise issues. Love the neighborhood.
Cons:
I lived on a lower floor, so not a high walk-up but the elevator was CONSTANTLY broken. I don't know how tenants on higher floors dealt with this--to the extent I would be asking for a partial refund on rent. The super also tried to impose hours of operation for the laundry room, however when I brought this up to the owner they reversed the decision and said they hadn't known the super was doing that. Would recommend bringing up issues to the owner for quick resolution.
Advice to owner:
Implement long-term fix to elevator.
